Pantech Acquires SK Telecom's Handset Making Unit

According to information provided by Korean companies SK Telecom and Pantech, on Tuesday July 12 SK Telecom completed the sale of a 60% stake of its handset making unit SK Teletech to Pantech&Curitel Communications, which is an affiliate of Pantech. The final value of the deal was 292.4 billion Won after an initial agreement in May had put the price at 300 billion Won.
